1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Kreeo (located at kreeo.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use the platform.
2. Description of Service
Kreeo provides web-based tools to parse uploaded PDF resumes and automatically generate dynamic, interactive bento card portfolio pages. Free tier accounts include access to the builder with a limit of 5 unique profile visits. Premium accounts unlock PDF resume parsing, GitHub & LeetCode integrations, custom subdomain handles, and unlimited profile visits.
To monitor site performance, page load speeds, and visitor traffic patterns, Kreeo integrates privacy-focused analytics services. By using Kreeo, you acknowledge that anonymous telemetry and performance data are collected to help us optimize the platform experience.
3. User Responsibilities & Data
You represent and warrant that:
- All resume details and data provided are accurate, truthful, and representative of your professional background.
- You own or have the necessary rights to use all contents within the uploaded resumes.
- You will not upload malicious code, deceptive files, or content violating copyright or trademark laws.
4. Stored Content & Unique Visit Limits
We store parsed resume structures in databases to render your live portfolio page.
- Free Tier Visit Threshold: Free tier accounts include public portfolio access and custom subdomain editing for up to 5 unique profile visits. Upon reaching 5 unique visits, public portfolio access turns hidden and subdomain handle changes are locked until upgraded.
- Premium Unlimited Access: Upgrading to Kreeo Premium grants lifetime unlimited profile visits, permanent public hosting, PDF resume parsing, and GitHub & LeetCode card integrations.
5. Payment Terms & Razorpay Integration
Kreeo offers a Premium Lifetime Upgrade for a one-time fee of ₹9 (INR) (or as displayed during checkout).
- Payment Processing: All financial transactions are processed securely via our payment gateway partner, Razorpay Software Private Limited.
- One-Time Lifetime Fee: The payment grants lifetime access to premium features (PDF resume parsing, GitHub/LeetCode sync, custom subdomains, unlimited visits). No recurring monthly or annual subscription fees apply.
- Transaction Security: We do not store card numbers, CVVs, net banking passwords, or UPI PINs on our servers. Razorpay processes all payments through secure, encrypted payment systems.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Due to the immediate digital fulfillment nature and low one-time cost of Kreeo Premium features:
- Digital Fulfillment: Premium status and feature access are activated instantly on your account upon payment verification.
- Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable once Premium status is successfully activated.
- Failed Transactions or Duplicate Charges: If an account is debited but Premium status fails to activate, or if duplicate charges occur due to a payment gateway error, please email support@kreeo.in within 7 days with your Razorpay Payment ID / Order ID for a full refund or manual activation.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
The design layouts, code assets, graphics, and structure of Kreeo are owned by us. Your uploaded text, achievements, details, and project content remain your property. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your portfolio based on your active visibility preferences.
8. Platform Limitations & Terminations
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the platform or your specific portfolio subdomain at any time without notice, particularly in cases of user policy violations or abusive conduct.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without giving effect to conflict of laws principles.
